NOTICE OF CHARITABLE SOLICITATION

Vermont law requires all paid fundraisers to file a Notice of Charitable Solicitation with the Vermont Attorney General at least 10 days before the start of each fundraising campaign.

The Notice of Charitable Solicitation must be filed on line and include a copy of your contract with the charity, and a $20,000 bond on a form approved by the Attorney General. (Only one bond is required per paid fundraiser.)

To file the Notice of Charitable Solicitation:
-- Respond to each screen completely; if you do not provide all required information, you will not be able to proceed to the next screen.
-- You may submit some of the required information by email to: ago.paidfund@vermont.gov, or by mail to: Attorney General's Office, Consumer Unit, 109 State Street, Montpelier VT 05609. Please note on each submission, the name of the paid fundraiser, the name of the charity, and the campaign ID (which will appear on the bottom of each screen).

Once you have submitted the Notice of Charitable Solicitation, you will not be able to access it again. Report any material changes via email to: ago.paidfund@vermont.gov.
