This is not a formal legal process, and we cannot guarantee a response or resolution. However, we find that we are often able to help consumers like you get responses to complaints through this process.
Some examples of how we have assisted businesses in the past include mediating complaints between businesses and third parties such as shipping companies, translating services, ecommerce platforms, venues, commercial landlords, suppliers, and other consumerism-related business transactions.
